I got my start in marketing at Disney & ESPN Media Networks, working with top tier talent and supporting their brands. While learning about real world marketing, I also learned how important it is for me to be authentic to my own personal brand. I moved from the sports media industry, which really didn’t interest me, to working with small local businesses, and eventually into the music industry.

I opened a boutique marketing agency called One Tiny Elephant and spent more than a decade working with and supporting small businesses. Small business owners aren’t usually marketers, and they need to wear many hats every day to keep their businesses and dreams alive. I loved being able to step in and support them with the skillset I have, from developing their brands, social media, graphic design, making connections or anything else they needed. 

Now with Echo Bean Management, I collaborate with a different type of small business owners. Producers, mixers and engineers often reach a point in their careers where their talents outpace their ability or knowledge of how to market themselves. I help them in defining and reaching their goals so they can focus on what they do best, make music.
